Moss Damage

Moss can also damage your masonry surfaces.

Moss will thrive the most where it where can be in a shaded area with a moisture supply. It damages a masonry surface by dissolving the calcium and/or lime in the concrete surface.

Eventually in this case it will actually separate the brick from the wall leading to a very expensive repair.
