Improper Cleaning Damage

Improper Cleaning Damage

Probably the most common damage done by pressure washers is not having adequate heat to melt the gum and needing to focus high pressure water at the gum to remove it.

This sort of damage can be accentuated if even the mildest amount of acid has been applied which is commonly done by pressure washers without the ability to adequately heat their water.

Minimum nozzle temperature should be 180°F, 200°F is better.

Acid washing, pressure washers will use a mild acid to free the dirt and gum from the concrete surface which makes their work faster and requires little to no heat saving the pressure washer time and money but deteriorating your concrete surface.
